Fees

Fees are based on £25 per hour of research, billed to the nearest quarter hour with a one hour minimum. Payment is made in advance (by Sterling cheque or by PayPal) for the number of hours of research you require. To help you determine your research needs, please send an e-mail describing the scope of your current project, and we'll get back to you with an estimate of the time required to fulfill the research for that project. You can then determine how much of that scope you would like addressed in the first instance. We will only work on your behalf for the number of hours you establish. You will not be billed for further work.

Some clients, when established, may request billing after research.

Payment

PayPal is a secure online payment method that charges a small fee for processing payments. We absorb those fees, as they're fairly small. You can make a PayPal payment using a credit card or a bank or debit card. Click on the button below to go to your PayPal account, or to create an account, free. Your payment will be taken in pounds Sterling, but will appear on your bank statement in your currency.

We also accept payment by cheque in Sterling funds. Please contact us if either of these options is not suitable.
